I am a fan of process technology heating systems. I think it’s because they can be so energy-efficient.

The process technology heater is a really cool idea, especially if you don’t want to build your own heater system. You can instead use a standard, factory-built heater, or even a very small, simple electric one. It’s not a bad way to get the same heat you would get from a standard electric boiler, but it’s a lot more expensive.

So basically we should think of a heater as a solar-powered system that is optimized to heat water, but can also use solar thermal, solar hot water, and solar water heater. It’s like an all-in-one system. The process tech appliance is a good idea because it has the potential to be very compact. It can save you a ton of money when you switch to a more solar efficient system.
The process technology heater is a combination of a new solar-powered system (called a Solar Thermostat, or ST) and a solar hot water system (called a Solar Hot Water System, or SHW). These systems are designed to heat water on a continuous basis. They can be fitted together so you can have more than one of these solar systems in your home.
