With a company as fast, innovative and successful as mattson it would come as news if they didn’t do things in a somewhat different manner. However, this is not the case and the company does things differently. They are constantly looking at ways to improve the customer experience and they have an excellent product that they are marketing to make their clients happy. I was always a big fan of the mattson website. I have spent quite a bit of time on it and I also have a couple of contacts there. However, in my experience, they do not seem to be as responsive to customer feedback as they should be.
