Adho Mukha Svanasana

It is considered the best remedy for yoga for hair loss. This pose is like a dog’s pose.

Method of Adho Mukha Svanasana  

  • Start with standing straight on the floor and make your hands twisted towards the ground.
  • While bending, keep your knees straight and keep both your hands bent on the ground, remember that hands should be ahead of your shoulders and fingers should be sticking to the ground.
  • During this time, your back should be straight and your head is between the two elbows. If your head is down, blood circulation will be better.
  • If you want, you can bend the knees slightly and raise your hips as much as possible.
  • Now you have come completely in the pose of downward-facing breath. Now you will feel that your body has come to a triangle state.
  • This stage lasts for 10 to 15 minutes. This will make the muscles of your feet strong and knee pain will also go away.

Vajrasana

It is also known as Yoga for Hair Fall. This is very simple yoga, it can be done with any ease.

Vajrasana is also known as Diamond Pose. You can do this even after eating. It corrects digestion and at the same time removes the problem of hair loss. It also cures constipation and gastric disease.

Method of Vajrasana

  • First of all, sit your knees on the mat with your knees bent.
  • Both toes are joined and your hips rest on the soles of the feet. 
  • Then give the fingers of both your hands directly to your knees.
  • Remember that the back should be straight and keep an eye on the front, then take a deep breath and leave it relaxed.
  • In this posture, you can sit for 15 minutes.
  • If you do this regularly, then the speed of hair growth can increase and the problem of hair loss can go away.

Ustrasana

This asana gives direct nourishment to hair growth after making blood circulation proper towards the scalp. 

In this yoga state, the body looks like a camel, hence it is named Ustrasana.

This yoga increases blood effects in your brain. It brings flexibility to the body and makes the spine strong. It is very simple. 

Method of Ustrasana

  • First, you sit in the state of Vajrasana and then slowly get up on the knees.
  • Now place your hands on the waist and press your thigh and hips forward. In such a situation, you will stand on your knees.
  • Now move the upper part of your body back and lift the chest up, then slowly tilt the neck back.
  • When you bend well, remove your hands from the waist and place them on your ankles.
  • Keep the arms straight and do not bend the neck too much.
  • Stay in this posture for at least 1 minute and keep breathing during this. Then slowly return to normal.

By practicing this, your lung function increases, provides relief from anxiety, and encourage easy hair growth.
