It affects every aspect of the life of the affected person.  Although alcohol is an addictive substance, with will and dedication one can cut off the drinking problem. Here are a few ways that can help you cut down on your drinking problem and get back to normal life. 

1. Set Your Drinking Limit

If you sincerely want to cut back on your drinking habit, set your drinking limit first. It’s impossible to cut off alcohol entirely but you can gradually reduce the consumption and let your body get used to it. Set a limit on how much you will consume alcohol per day. It’s wise to set the recommended guidelines as your drinking goal.

2. Manage Your Stress in a Healthy Way

3. Learn to Say No
